The Joy of Downs is an organization whose vision and purpose is to strengthen families and expand the horizons of persons with Down syndrome. Our overriding philosophy is that there is joy in having individuals with Downs in our lives and especially in our families.
To achieve these purposes we are building Camp Many Stars, in beautiful Star Valley, Wyoming. Camp Many Stars provides an accepting, safe, fun filled week of adventure and learning for the whole family. Camp’s recreation and educational activities enrich the lives of each family member and offer an unforgettable family vacation.

Over 8,200 volunteers have helped thus far with the construction of camp. We invite you to help complete Camp’s construction and join with us as we celebrate the 2012 grand opening and continue to serve families. Camp Many Stars is the first and only camp specifically for individuals with Down syndrome and their families.
